Social Loop Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 September 2026

Social Loop is a private work tool operated by Social Addis for people it authorizes. Use it only for Social Addis design planning, submissions, reviews, and event archiving.

Only submit material you are entitled to share with Social Addis. Do not use the bot to upload unrelated personal files or to send unlawful or harmful material. Social Addis managers may review submissions and retain work records for the venue’s archive.

Social Loop uses Telegram and, when enabled, Google Drive and Google Sheets. Availability depends on those services and on the computer running the bot. If a feature is unavailable, contact the Social Addis manager and use the team’s normal process.

Social Addis may update the bot and these terms as the workflow changes. Questions about access or use can be sent to thesocialaddis@gmail.com.
