Social Loop Privacy Notice

Social Addis operates Social Loop, a private workflow bot for its design team. This notice explains the bot’s use of Google account data.
Google access: Social Loop requests permission to create Google Drive files and work with only the specific files created by, opened with, or shared with the app. It does not request access to all files in the Social Addis Drive. When the Google connection is enabled, the bot may create event archive folders, save submitted design files or photos, and update a design tracker in Google Sheets.
Other workflow data: The bot receives plans, submissions, notes, approvals, Telegram file identifiers, and account IDs from team conversations. These records are stored in a local database on the computer running the bot. Google authorization credentials are stored in private local files on that computer. Authorized Social Addis staff who operate the bot can access these records.
Use and sharing: We use this information to coordinate design work and maintain the event archive. The bot may send workflow updates and links to authorized team members through Telegram. Google and Telegram process data needed to provide their services. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Retention and control: We keep workflow and archive records for Social Addis operations until they are no longer needed. Revoking Social Loop’s Google access in your Google Account stops future Google access, but does not remove files already created or records already held by Social Addis. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of records.
