Selo Tella Reporting is a private reporting bot operated for Selo Tella Bet. This notice is hosted on the Social Addis website. Selo Tella Reporting and Social Loop use separate Google projects, credentials, bot records and archives.
Information processed
The bot processes cashier exports, bank transactions, expense and cash records, notes, and Telegram account and file identifiers supplied for weekly reporting. Google authorization credentials are stored privately on the machine running the bot. Original submissions and reporting records are retained locally, with archive copies in the connected Selo Google Drive. Financial uploads are not published on this website.

Records are used to prepare and check weekly financial reports for authorized Selo staff. Missing or uncertain information is flagged for review. Access is limited to authorized operators and the services needed to run the workflow, including Google Drive and Telegram. The app does not sell the information or use it for advertising.

Retention and control
Records are retained while needed for operational, reporting and accounting purposes. You can revoke the app’s Google access in your Google Account. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete existing Drive files or local records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of records and to discuss any retention requirements.
